The Discount Headquarters Return Policy allows you to return most merchandise purchased in-store and DISCOUNTHQ.COM for up to 90 days from the delivered date, with or without receipt except for the following items which are subject to the noted restrictions and require a valid Discount Headquarters receipt or Discount Headquarters account look-up:

Non-Returnable items

Mystery Boxes & Wholesale Lots are non-returnable & are not eligible for refunds or returns. All sales of these items are considered final sale at completion of checkout.

Costume Makeup, Costumes & Costume Accessories are non-returnable & are not eligible for refunds or returns. All sales of these items are considered final sale at completion of checkout. 

Beauty Purchases are non-returnable & are not eligible for refunds or returns. All sales of these items are considered final sale at completion of checkout.

• We accept returns for electronic items within 15 days from the delivery date.
• The return period starts from the date the product is delivered to the customer’s specified address.

Eligibility for Return:

• To be eligible for a return, electronic items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Electronic items must be in resalable condition to qualify for a return.
